Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 cats , 2 birds , 999 fishs , 2 small pets allowed.
Weight limits: 70 lbs per dog , 70 lbs per cat , 10 lbs per bird , 10 lbs per fish , 70 lbs per small pet
Pet Types
Bent Oaks will accept two pets per apartment. No aggressive breeds will be accepted, including but not limited to, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Chow and Doberman Pinscher. A $350 non-refundable pet fee for first pet and a $100 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet must be paid at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. There will also be a $20 monthly pet rent for the first pet and $10 for the second pet. Only domestic pets (i.e. birds, cats, dogs, fish) are allowed in the apartment.
