|Recommended: YesOne of the best place I've lived in a long time since my home growing up. — Honestly, throughout life in college and since then I've lived in some good places, with some cons here and there but never really had anything to really complain about. However, Bent Oaks goes above and beyond your typical apartment complex. Yeah sure some may say it's a bit of an older apartment complex, but that's what helps give it character. They really make sure you're taken care of and make you feel right at home. This place is what you make it to be. If you want to stay home and just be the quiet neighbor, then do so If you want to get out and meet others, this place provides many opportunities for you to meet others on the lot. Plus you feel super safe no matter what. Like I said, Bent Oaks really goes above and beyond for anything you may need. It's a great home away from home.
It's worth living here, truly.

|Recommended: YesGreat Price, Great Location, and Great Management — The management here is the most fantastic part of the apartments. Even when things come up they are always proactive about addressing the issue.
|Recommended: YesThis is the place to live in Far North Dallas — I have lived all over DFW and this is my favorite apartment complex so far. The apartments are cute, well maintained, and updated. The staff, both in the office and maintenance are professional and friendly. If anything needs fixing it is done quickly. My only complaint is the amount of noise my upstairs neighbors make when they walk. It's more than just squeaking floors, it make it hard for phone calls to even be heard, but it may just be that they are overly heavy footed.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place to call home — This is the first apartment community I've lived in where there is a sense of home. The property managers clearly take pride in the maintenance and appearance of the grounds, and for any issues I've had, the response has been immediate. Even though this is an older apartment community, there are upgrades to many of the apartments, and new windows in all units. Neighbors are friendly but respectful - there seems to be more maturity in residents here, regardless of age. Bent Oaks deserves serious consideration for anyone wanting to live in this area at a reasonable price.
|Recommended: YesQuiet Apartment Complex — It is so peaceful here at Bent Oaks. What a welcome change from my previous apartments No screaming, crying kids in the parking lot. No one sitting in car listening to music that shakes the buildings at all hours of the day and night. No sounds of gun shots. No contact high from walking through the parking lot. I love it here.
|Recommended: YesI LOVE this place — I have lived here for about 8 months. I have to say that this apartment complex is THE most friendliest, quietest, kindest, cleanest and overall the BEST complex I have ever lived in as far as apartments are concerned.
The staff are truly one of a kind If you need anything, they are right on top of it
Neighbors are so kind and considerate. I have never heard my neighbors make any noise.
I will continue living here until my job transfers me elsewhere

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment — I love living here Management Sheri Linda Maintenance crew are awesome Quick to resolve any issues. Though, some of the newer office personal are more about the business of operating a rental complex than connecting and building a community like Sheri Linda.
Overall, the complex is quite and quaint. It a pet friendly building, so the amount of dog barking can be overwhelming and a bit annoying, especially if you're working from home mainly the little dogs.
Neighbors overall speak when spoken to, but most keep to themselves. Also, everyone keeps their balcony's tidy which makes it very peaceful when coming home.
I love the convenience of living here because its central to the Tollway, grocery stores, schools and parks. I love that

|Recommended: YesGood Place to live within budget. — I am staying here for 6 months. I did not face any major issues even if I had any problems, they were considered and solved very fast. This is a sufficient and good place within the budget. The surrounding are clean as well.
