|Recommended: YesGo far so good - Love the area — Fabulous location. Minutes to Preston DNT. Clean and so far parking is plentiful. Front door needs weatherstripping. Maintenance comes in very timely manner. Nice attentive accommodating office staff. Great neighborly neighbors - a good community feel. I can hear almost every move my neighbors above make but you get used to it. Other than that and the occasional barking from the numerous dogwalkers - it's very quiet here. Decent small workout room. Gate access pad is in awkward location but gate is functional majority of the time and is repaired pretty quickly when it does get broken. Minor cosmetic things show the age of our buildings but still seem well cared for. Layout in my 2 2 is awesome and feels roomy and there is plenty storage inside out. Hopefully they stay within my budget - I plan on being here for a while

|Recommended: YesBest move — I have no regrets moving from my luxury apartment into Bent Oaks which is older but very well maintained The staff is very kind and the neighborhood is very welcoming yet quiet. In addition, I love the location and the friendliness of everyone around me.

|Recommended: YesI really like living here. — The apartment itself is great. Very clean and nicely maintained. However, my downstairs neighbor drives me insane. They play music all day and at night until about 3 am, and it's so loud I can hear it in my whole apartment. I haven't been able to sleep there for about a month and frequently find myself on my friend's couch. It's ridiculous that I pay 1400 a month for an apartment that I can't even sleep in. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I haven't had any other issues.

|Recommended: YesThis is a wonderful complex — The complex is quiet and is very well kept. The manager and staff seem to care about the property and the people and they are very friendly. Any issues mentioned are responded to within a day. The noise from neighbors is very minimal. The complex is older but has been updated and is kept up.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love living here — I have lived here for years, and I love it. It is quiet, and very well maintained. Even though it is near a busy road, you cannot hear the cars on the street. There are mature trees, green grass, and the property always is groomed with flowers. The staff is extremely nice and easy to talk to work with. If I need something fixed, it is done in a timely manner each and every time. The pool is kept immaculate year round, and is perfect for the summer. Even the pool furniture is nice. Like I said, I love coming home to this place.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — My partner and I have been living here for about half a year now, and we really love it so far. There are so many great things about living here
- The location close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, and Addison Circle .
- Because the apartment complex is nestled between the busy streets of Preston and the Dallas North Tollway, it's relatively quiet at night.
- Both the neighbors and staff have been so nice and helpful
- Whether it be that something is clogged, or one of the lights goes out, the maintenance team here has been wonderful in accommodating our needs quickly and promptly. I really like the text feature when you get notified that a maintenance request has been completed
- The community grill is a nice touch we've used it a few times for grilling food We haven't really been to the pool, basketball court, or fitness center as much, but they're still nice to have in case we want to go outside
