|Recommended: YesOlder Property, but good maintanence — The area is generally quiet and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and nice and remember who you are. The one improvement that could make things better is that the lighting outside could be better at night.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Property and Great Staff — We have lived at Bent Oaks a little over three years now and our experience while living here has been very exceptional. We have never had a problem with the staff in the management office, and unlike other places I have lived they actually stick around and put lots of effort into getting to know their residents.
It is a quiet calm neighborhood and conveniently located to several stores shops restaurants. You can't beat the price of rent anywhere in the area.
The property is a little older than all the new lofts being built in the area, so some things in the apartment do stop working from time to time, but the maintenance staff is quick to get requests fixed and great about following up when needed.
We will definitely recommend Bent Oaks to our friends

|Recommended: YesNice Property — I enjoy living at Bent Oaks, they have used the space very well in my 750 sq ft. The built ins are a dream and the view of the creek is awesome, The maintenance team is outstanding. They immediately fix high level request and assist with small things like install the microwave or doorbell...
My only complaint is the noise level is extremely high, I live on the 1st floor and I can hear the neighbor above television, and their walking sounds as if they are going to come through the ceiling. I expect some level of noise when living in an apartment but its a bit much. I know when everyone around me is showering, watching TV or listening to music...as I am sure they can tell when I am as well.... Not as soundproof as I would like or what was said to me when viewing the property.
For the convenience to my place of employment and the price, I am adapting and satisfied.
