|Recommended: YesI like living here — I really like living here. The only beef I have is the countertops are hideous. The neighbors are friendly. It's very quiet. I like the access to Keller Springs sidewalks for walking and running.

|Recommended: YesAC — Last night I got home from work around 9 30. when I came in my apartment was very warm, I went and checked my air conditioning and it was not working. I made a maintenance call and within 30 minutes there was a maintenance man at my apartment fixing my air conditioner. By 11 p. M. I had air again. That's amazing to me. I expected to have to wait until the following day to get service. I didn't miss my workout and I slept in a cool apartment. Thank you Sherry and the entire maintenance staff. You guys are awesome.
|Recommended: YesWell maintained proprty with an efficient and friendly stafrf. — Ms. Harlan and her management staff have never let me down. If I call with an issue, it is always handled to my satisfaction and very promptly. You can tell that the office management staff and our maintenance folks are top of the line and go out of their way to be helpful and responsive.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Complex — I've been living the apartment life for 25 years now and this is BY FAR the best experience I've had. It's quiet, people residents AND staff are friendly and the amenities are top notch. I especially enjoy the concierge trash pick up. On the rare occasion I have an issue, it's resolved promptly, even on weekends or holidays. Overall, great place to live.
|Recommended: YesCouldn't ask for more. — I enjoy living here. The management is top notch. If I have an issue, they address it immediately. The grounds are always well manicured, which is important to me. The price is very fair for what you get. There are some downsides. Parking can be an issue sometimes. People from the complex across the street like to park in our parking lot, but I've seen management attacking this issue. The only other issue I have is that I can hear every step the neighbors above me make. Sometimes it sounds like they're dropping bowling balls on the floor, but I suppose this is to be expected in an older apartment.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, reasonably priced, and convenient. — The community is quiet, management is on top of things, parking is plentiful. The buildings themselves are slightly older built in the early 80's so they obviously aren't as up-to-date or spotless as newer sites, but they are maintained and rent is accordingly lower than the brand new places. Fixtures are updated to keep things in well functioning order. New windows were recently installed that help with sound energy. The gym could be larger and use some updated equipment, but the communal areas are otherwise well maintained.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful, Hidden Community — Bent Oaks has been mostly enjoyable. The property is always clean, my family and I feel safe, and the staff are a delight. It is a peaceful place where most all of the neighbors are friendly and low key.
My upstairs neighbor is not one of those people and has really made our lives quite difficult and sometimes completely unenjoyable since we've arrived. Knowing that it's an older building we try to be mindful of the noise we produce, what time of day we do certain things and how loud we are walking for the sake of our downstairs neighbor. The gym is cute and always clean and the view of the golf course is nice. There is parking most of the time which is great and the maintenance team is usually pretty quick to respond to any requests as needed. Overall we like the community and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live
|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and home to come home to at the end of a long day, this certainly would be one. The area is nestled amongst tall trees and rests on the edge of a golf course surrounded by more tall trees. The rates are reasonable and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that is looking for quiet amid a busy life.

|Recommended: YesIts nice and quiet. — I'd recommend this to someone looking for a decent and affordable place to live. Also, the floor plans are better than most. There are nicer places close by but they come at a premium. For the price and quality, Bent Oaks is tough to beat.
|Recommended: YesA place to call home — My residence at BentOaks has been the best experience for myself and my family. I have a 2-unit property that works well for my wife and daughter. The layout of the apartment gives a desirable flow from room to room, and is great for entertaining. The landscaping of the apartments are more than just cutting grass, you can tell the owners care about beauty on the premises. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion, most of the time on the same day. And I absolutely love LINDA, she's the apartment manager and is always on top of the smallest and big problems that can occur. - best part is she knows me by name and there has to be over 100 residents here. Long story short, I moved here because it was close to the tollway which I needed for work - but the best part is it's home. Thank you Linda and Bent Oaks for keeping my family safe at home.
